Celebrazione civile per non residenti

Il matrimonio civile è celebrato dal Sindaco o da un suo delegato alla presenza di due testimoni. In caso di cittadini stranieri è necessaria anche la presenza di un interprete, individuato dai nubendi. La cerimonia è pubblica.

I matrimoni civili vengono celebrati nella “Sala del Capitano” situata all’interno della Rocca Medievale posta in Piazza del Comune, dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 9.00 alle 13.00 ed il martedì ed il giovedì anche nel pomeriggio dalle 15.00 alle 17.00.

Su richiesta possono essere celebrati matrimoni anche il sabato dalle 9.00 alle 12.00 e dalle 15.00 alle 17.00 e la domenica mattina dalle 9.00 alle 12.00.

Per i cittadini che non sono residenti nel territorio comunale le tariffe sono le seguenti:

• giorno infrasettimanale: € 800,00
• sabato / domenica: € 1000,00

Per gli sposi che pernottano presso una struttura ricettiva situata nel territorio comunale è prevista una riduzione di € 200,00 sull'importo dovuto per la celebrazione del matrimonio. Per ottenere la riduzione occorre presentare una copia della prenotazione effettuata presso la struttura ricettiva all'Ufficio dello Stato Civile - Servizio Affari Generali e Cultura.

Il pagamento dovrà essere effettuato entro 10 giorni dalla data concordata nelle seguenti modalità:

• su C/C bancario n. 1045.09 intestato alla Tesoreria Comunale - Banca Monte dei Paschi - Agenzia di Castellina in Chianti - ABI 1030 CAB 71790 SWIFT CODE PASCITMMCLL. Per i Paesi della Comunità Europea IBAN CODE IT59R0103071790000000104509.
• con bollettino di C/C postale n. 14030530 intestato a Comune di Castellina in Chianti - Servizio di Tesoreria.

Per gli accessi in Piazza del Comune (interna alla ZTL) rivolgersi al Servizio Polizia Municipale allo 0577 742341.

I matrimoni non vengono celebrati nelle seguenti festività: 1 Gennaio, Pasqua e Pasquetta, 1 Maggio, 15 Agosto, 25 e 26 Dicembre.

Nulla osta per i cittadini stranieri

Il documento necessario per la celebrazione del matrimonio del cittadino straniero in Italia è il nulla osta, rilasciato ai sensi dell’art.116 del Codice Civile Italiano, dalla competente Autorità del Paese d’origine o documenti equivalenti rilasciati in base a specifici accordi o convenzioni internazionali.
I cittadini stranieri non domiciliati né residenti in Italia non sono soggetti ad effettuare le pubblicazioni di matrimonio.

Civil marriage is celebrated by the Mayor or his delegate, at the presence of two witnesses.
In case of foreigners, they also need a interpreter to be present, choosen by the couple. The ceremony is public.

Civil marriage are celebrated into the “Captain’s hall”, within the medieval tower in Piazza del Comune from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and in the afternoon from 3 to 5 p.m.

On demand, civil marriage can be celebrated also on Saturday, from 9 to 12 p.m. and from 3 to 5 p.m., and on Sunday morning, from 9 to 12 a.m.

For foreigners, the prices are:
- Weekday: € 800
- Saturday/Sunday: € 1000

For the married couple who spends one or more nights in an accomodation facility situated in Castellina, there is a discount of € 200 on the price.
To obtain this reduction, it is asked to show a copy of the reservation at the Civil State Office of the Municipality (Ufficio Anagrafe - Ground floor).

Payment must be done in 10 ten days after the marriage on the following ways:

Civil marriages are not celebrated during the following days of holidays: 1st January, Easter and the Monday after, 1st May, 15th August, Christmas and 26th December.
